Come help me make a typical Argentinean asado at the house of a local. A private experience you won't find anywhere. Empanada, beer, wine, fernet and an amazing local dessert, great flavors on a terrace with a stunning view of the city and mountains. You will feel like being with friends at home!
While we wait for coals to be ready, we'll make some empanadas, and talk about asado, wine, and life.
THE ASADO
- Homemade empanada
- Chorizo
- Morcilla
- Pork
- Ribeye beef
We will taste wines that will play with your taste buds. Dessert will be the final sweet touch. (CLUE: Dulce de leche..BOOM!)
Finishing with the show of flavors, we will make a final toast with Fernet & Coke. (NOT A DEAL WITHOUT TRYING IT)

SOME NOTES:
-Central location. Ten minutes walk from the city center, five blocks from the main bus station.
-If it rains or it's too cold, we can go to the living room.
-To the terrace, we have to climb 2 flights of stairs.
