Overview
We will start our tour in Plaza Alfonso III (known as Plaça de ses Palmeres) to, from there, discover the main monuments and places of interest in Ciudadela. Throughout the tour we will walk through the narrow streets and picturesque squares, while we visit unforgettable places such as the Cathedral of Santa María, the monumental complex of El Born or Calle de ses Voltes.
During our walk you will be able to contemplate magnificent palaces of the ancient nobles of the island and old churches and convents with secret histories.

1) Our guided tours are carried out only with small groups (maximum 20 people including the guide). In this way we achieve a better organization and management of the group, and a separation of at least 2 meters between each person.
2) Our itineraries have been designed to avoid possible crowds and avoid small spaces. In addition, they are one-way routes to avoid crossing paths with other groups. Our guides coordinate live to share information on less crowded itineraries.
3) All our guides have been trained in the prevention of health risks and the fight against the coronavirus. The person in charge of the guides and the person in charge of customer service make up the Arkeo Tour® risk management committee and carry out daily monitoring of the security measures.
4) In all our guided tours we use voice transmission and amplification equipment. In this way we guarantee the highest quality in the explanations of the guide and we can maintain the safety distance between the members of the group.
5) Our team uses approved masks in all our activities and daily control of the temperature of each of the guides is carried out. Likewise, we will have hydroalcoholic gel for the use of all our users.
6) We have completely digitized the reservation service, thus avoiding the transfer of documents. The reservation confirmation can be downloaded from any mobile phone to show the guide at the beginning of the visit. The sending of brochures and information is now also done completely electronically.
