Outside Porto Grande harbour's gate 1.
Walking through the "Av. Marginal" shoreline to stop by"Marina" &"Centro Cultural do Mindelo"
Crossing "Rua da Praia" to take a glimpse Diogo Afonso statue & recommended visiting "Torre de Belém" the city's sea museum (€1 or USD 1.5/guest, out of pocket)

Jumping into the Fish market, to meet ordinary local people, promotes the struggling HOPE in our motherland. An arts' yard is nearby, so why not getting in?

Greeting the kindest ladies and sellers at a cosy informal vegetable market: High risk of falling in love!

Taking an average 15-min free time @PraçaEstrela, Mindelo's Independence Square. PLS, consider public WC time.

Walking by "Rua da Luz" to reach "Igreja Nossa Senhora da Luz", church. It's optional to go to this magnificent religious building if open.
