Moscow City and Victory Park Tour
Overview of the tour in Moscow
The Moscow International Business Center is the modern face of this majestic city, which contrasts with the historic bulbous domes of the Red Square.
We will see the great Arc of Triumph on Kutuzovsky Avenue, then take a short walk to the beautiful Victoria Park, where we will decipher the symbolism of its monuments in relation to World War II. The park is located on Poklonnaya hill, one of the highest points of Moscow. In this place we will find the Orthodox temple of the Church of St. George and the memorial of the Second World War, called in Russia "The Great Patriotic War". The Obelisk of Victory is located in the center of the park. The obelisk stands at 141.8 meters high and represents the 1,418 days that Russia was immersed in the world war. Just opposite the obelisk stands the Museum of the Great Patriotic War which houses numerous different didactic panels and several dioramas of decisive battles that illustrate the conflict. You can also see original objects of armament, warlike engineering and other pieces that date from 1941 to 1945.

The meeting point is at the Monument (Statue) of Karl Marx in front of the Bolshoi Theater next to the Metropol hotel.
