Third Reich Tour in Munich
Overview of the tour in Munich
In 1935 Adolf Hitler names Munich "Hauptstadt der Bewegung" (capital of the movement). He named it this way because the Nazi party or NSDAP was born in this city. From that moment the streets and squares of the Bavarian capital were the preferred setting for rallies and parades of the Hitler regime.
On this tour, we will learn about the beginnings of this match and we will talk about the attempted coup. We will explain in detail how the Nazis came to power, while we tour the old neighborhood where most of the Reich offices were located. Many of those buildings still stand today.
