We invite you to disconnect from the external world, to connect with you, in an iconic location in the city. In our experience, you will immerse yourself in a Well-Being practice (movement, breathing, meditation), while enjoying Central Park. After a brief tour of some iconic and beautiful spots in the park, you will enjoy a wonderful class with a certified Yoga instructor.

This class will be for a semi-personalized group of 6 people maximum. Here we will guide you in a Yoga class suitable for all levels, which will allow you to experience a connection with yourself, creating a state of calm and feeling that everything external transforms.

At the end, you will feel lighter and renewed. Our certified instructor will make sure to offer you a wonderful experience, adapted to your needs and level.

On arrival

You can find your Yoga instructor at the Bethesda fountain, wearing a dark blue baseball cap with the letters LA. In any case, prior to your tour we will contact you via WhatsApp so it will be important that you provide a contact number.

* Participants will be notified one hour in advance, about change or cancellations due to adverse weather conditions.
* Please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance at the meeting point.
* If you think you will be late, please advise, in advance to ensure your participation.
