PS: Please carry cash for food vendors and also two rides on your metro card because we will take a bus to the Hindu temple...also at the temple, you will have to remove your shoes. For the temple, please do not wear shorts or clothes above your knees.

Directions to Taipan Bakery (135-45 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, Queens):

-Subway:
From Manhattan (Times Square-42nd St or Grand Central Station), take the 7 train towards Flushing-Main Street.
Get off at the last stop, Flushing-Main Street.
Walk south on Main Street for about 2-3 minutes. Taipan Bakery is located near the intersection of Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue.

-Bus:
Take the Q44 or Q20 bus, which both stop near Flushing-Main Street.
You can also connect through other bus lines from various parts of Queens.

Travel Time: The subway ride from Midtown Manhattan takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

Things to note

- Please carry cash for food vendors
- You will have to remove your shoes to enter the Hindu temple.
- please dress appropriately for the temple.
- Last but not least, come hungry and enjoy the tour.
