Overview
Discover the most emblematic places of the Nordic capital with this walking tour of Oslo.
At the appointed time, we will start the tour in front of the neoclassical facade of the National Theater. From there, we will head to the Norwegian Parliament before continuing to Rådhuset, the town hall where the Nobel Peace Prize is awarded every December 10th.
Our next stop will be Akershus Fortress, a medieval construction with an important strategic role throughout the city's history. Then we will visit Christiania Torv, the oldest square in Oslo.
We will continue our walk along Karl Johans Gate, the most famous street in the city, until we reach the iconic tiger sculpture located in front of the Central Station. The tour will continue past the Oslo Opera House and the modern Deichman Library.
After approximately 2 hours or 2.15 hours, we will end the tour at a strategic point in Bjørvika, where we will admire the avant-garde buildings of this seaside neighborhood.
