Overview of the tour in Panama City

The Metropolitan Nature Park, a 573 acre (282 hectares) woodland, is one the few protected areas inside a major city in Latin America. It boasts an interesting avifauna, with more than 250+ species of birds, that is worth exploring. Its trail system offers you a good opportunity to experience the Panama rainforest.

Your Guide will be looking for Toucans, Parrots, Flycatchers, Trogons, Hawks, Tanagers, and any other wildlife that might be present, and he'll provide you with an array of tips and recommendations on how to get started in the world of Birdwatching. Come and learn with us!
