Overview of the tour in Panama City

To join this adventure, good physical condition is required.

Discover the beauty of Anton Valley, a must-see for hikers and nature lovers. We'll embark on a thrilling hike to conquer three iconic peaks in one day! Departing early from Panama City, we'll drive two hours along the Pan-American Highway to reach Coclé Province. From there, we'll begin our ascent to the western foothills and into the valley nestled in the crater of a dormant volcano.

Our challenge? Three peaks that formed the ancient crater's rim:

-Sleeping Indian Woman Hill (960m): A mountain shaped like a woman, with a local legend to match.
-Gaital Hill (1053m): Located in a Cloud Forest Natural Monument.
-Cariguana Hill (914m): Vital to the hydrological reserve that supplies the town with water.

As we hike, we'll enjoy breathtaking views of the lush valley and its surroundings. After this unforgettable experience, we return to Panama City in the evening.

Join us for a day filled with nature, adventure, and incredible landscapes!

On arrival

You'll be picked at Plaza Herrera, Casco Antiguo, the only square with a horse rider monument in the area
located in front of Casa Casco.
My vehicle is picked up with a bulbar and bird decals (See Photo Gallery)

Things to note

Please bring a raincoat, hiking shoes, insect repellent, trekking poles, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.
