Overview of the tour in Paris

On this tour we will explore one of the oldest and most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Paris and Europe: Le Marais, home to the largest Jewish community on the continent and gay district of the French capital. Its imposing mansions and ancient streets, so full of life today, witnessed one of the most tragic pages of human history.

We will pay special attention to how the Second World War and the Holocaust were experienced in Paris, as well as the role of the French Resistance and, above all, the importance of knowing our history as a tool for peace.

Some of the places we will visit:
- Ancient rampart of Philip Augustus
- Hotel de Sully
- Place des Vosges
- Pleztl
- Shoah Memorial
- Saint Louis Bridge
- Memorial to the Martyrs of the Deportation

This activity includes:

  • Sully Hôtel Sté
