- We need a minimum of 5 people to carry out the tour.
- If you come with children under 14, you do not need to make a reservation for them.
- Come 10 minutes before the start time of the tour. Your guide will be happy to chat with you for a while ;)
- Remember that the guide cannot wait more than 5 minutes out of respect for the rest of the group.
- Cancel your reservation 24 hours BEFORE if you can not come to the tour. You can cancel it through "booking reservation confirmation" email you received. If you can't find it, look in the "junk mail" folder or contact customer support, and they will help you. Our modest economy will thank you :)
- Remember that you participate in the free tour VOLUNTEERLY. Neither Paris Step by Step Tours, nor the guides who conduct the tours, will be made responsible for any physical injury, damage, theft or loss of personal items during tours.
