Overview of the tour in Paris

We will meet at Place Louis Lepine, located in the heart of the Ile de la Cité. There we will begin to discover the hidden side of the French capital. Although nowadays the city is known for its culture, art, fashion and romance, this was not always so. Do you dare to discover it?

Some of the places we will pass by are the Notre Dame Cathedral square, the Saint Jacques Tower, the Hôtel de Ville (Paris City Hall) and the Palais de Justice (site of countless tortures and executions).

In addition, we will walk through little-traveled squares and alleys, where we will narrate the long history of murders, mysteries, executions, plagues and corruption that plagued Paris in the past.

We will also learn about the legend of the barber and the baker of the rue Chanoinesse, discover the origin of the Catacombs of Paris and hear the dark story of the curse of the Templars. Don't forget that the walk takes place at dusk, the ideal time to relive the most amazing Parisian legends.

Finally, after a tour of about two hours, we will conclude this free tour of the mysteries and legends of Paris in the old town.

On arrival

Place Louis Lépine. In this square, located in the middle of the Ile de la Cité, you will recognize the guide by his red umbrella. Please be punctual.
Next to the meeting point is the Cité metro station. This stop belongs to line 4 (the purple one).
