Overview
The 19th century was a time of important transformations in Paris. With our Monumental Tour of Paris, you will discover the splendor of the Belle Époque in the city with an official Spanish guide.
The Place de la Opera Garnier awaits us at the beginning of our guided tour. Here, we will learn some interesting facts about this Charles Garnier's construction before heading to the imposing Madeleine Church and continuing this walk towards the Place de la Concorde and the Champs Elysées, the most beautiful avenue in the world.
We will discover the differences between the Petit Palais and the Grand Palais, two buildings of enormous beauty designed by Charles Giraud for the Universal Exhibition of 1900, and, near the Alexander III Bridge, we will approach the banks of the Seine River.
Our walk will end at the Pont de l'Alma, a place recognized around the world for the fateful traffic accident in which Lady Di lost her life and in whose surroundings a popular monument has been erected in her memory.
