Overview of the tour in Pontevedra

We will start in Peregrina Church Square, famous because the Pilgrim Virgin is the patroness of the city and very in important in the Portuguese Way to Santiago. Then we will walk through all the little squares and streets of the medieval town, full of beautiful churches and local palaces. We will visit also the local market and the river with its several bridges; one of them is whose name gives the name to the city: Ponte- Vedra: Old-Bridge. We will tell you why Pontevedra has a very interesting past connected with the guild of sailors and the fish port. Come to the 2 hours walking tour and discover the beauty of one of the principal cities of Galicia.
