Overview of the tour in Porto

Porto has become a trendy tourist destination due to its history and charm. Together, we will uncover the key places in the history of Porto and Portugal, exploring the significance of the Porto wine trade in the city's historical and artistic development. Along the way, we’ll also delve into the city's gastronomic specialties.

We’ll begin at the Church of Santa Catarina on Rua Santa Catarina, make a short stop to enjoy the famous Pastel de Nata, and stroll through the Mercado do Bolhão. Other highlights include the Santo Ildefonso Church, Praça da Batalha, and the São João Municipal Theatre.

Our journey continues to the Cathedral, the Luís I Bridge, and São Bento Station, adorned with stunning azulejos depicting moments from Portuguese history. We’ll visit the iconic Lello Bookshop, Praça dos Leões, and Domus Iustitiae, and hear the story of Camilo Castelo Branco, the storyteller who wrote Amor de Perdição while imprisoned. Finally, we’ll conclude at the Church of the Clerics.
