Overview of the tour in Porto

In this tour along the Douro Rivera, we will show you how Porto and Portugal became, thanks to its explorers, a naval and colonial empire, how its isolated situation at the end of Europe with only two borders (Spain and the Atlantic Ocean) forced it to seek fortune beyond the known world, revolutionizing trade, navigation and naval engineering among other great feats.

Although Portugal conquered and discovered with its ships and explorers beyond the seas, it conquered the palates with sardines and codfish, all washed down with wine, not only Port wine but also Vinho Verde. In our tours, there is always a place for gastronomy, and man does not live by history alone. And if we talk about wine, we talk about Gaia, its neighboring city from where you can better contemplate Oporto.

Also, of the French, of a very particular one that many of you already know, Eiffel, yes, the one with the tower, he left his mark in the form of a bridge in the city, and his story is more than interesting.

Not only that, but we will also talk about floods, cork, and graffiti. Its reputation as an undefeated city (SPOILER ALERT) was not.
