New Town - History of the 20th Century: Communism and Nazism
Overview of the tour in Prague
Prague is a city that still feels the passage of the 20th century in its veins; in its streets and in its beats; in its people. A century in which they went from being a newly independent country to being occupied by the Nazi army, to later be directed by the Soviet regime and finally to be free again.
We will transport you to the events that occurred during the 20th century, such as the Anthropoid operation attack, the 1945 uprising, the Prague Spring, or the famous velvet revolution.
All this while you discover the secrets of the New Town of Prague, an area less known to the traveler but that houses wonders such as the National Museum, the Dancing House, or the galleries of Lucerne (home of the famous inverted horse of Saint Wenceslas).
If you are a lover of contemporary history, this is your tour.
