Overview of the tour in Prague

Fans of the World Wars and the Cold War, join us... On our tour!

If you are a contemporary history buff, this is the tour for you.

On this tour we leave the old part of Prague that everyone visits. We leave behind the medieval houses and encounter a multitude of architectural styles, from modernism and avant-garde to the brutalism of the communist era.

We will move around a lot, but it will be worth it. We will pass among many other points the former Communist Parliament, the current Communist Party headquarters and the place where the Velvet Revolution began in 1989.

Each place will take us to a moment of the Czechoslovak 20th century: the First World War and the creation of the Republic, the harsh consequences of the German occupation, but focusing on the longest and most unknown period: the communist dictatorship.

Discover with us what was the Prague Spring, how ordinary people lived in communist Czechoslovakia or how the government manipulated the population.
