Between the 16th and 17th centuries, during the reign of Rudolf II of Habsburg, known to history as The Mad King of Prague, the Bohemian capital experienced a period of strong cultural ferment and development of esoteric doctrines favoured by the king himself who, interested in learning these esoteric arts, invited hundreds of alchemists and esotericists of all kinds from all over the world to the Prague court. Even today, Prague shows signs of a profound esoteric culture, signs that are imprinted in the monuments, palaces and winding alleys of the city. Follow us on this journey in search of the esoteric symbols of Prague, discover how to read and interpret them and reveal the secret that still today lies in the initiatory path hidden among the streets of Prague.
