Welcome to Prishtina’s ultimate weekend walking tour! Dive into the city’s dynamic spirit as we start at Pallati I Rinisë the Sportit, a symbol of resilience and transformation. We’ll then visit the vibrant Newborn monument, a beacon of freedom and youth, followed by a stop at the poignant Heroinat memorial, honoring the courage of Kosovar women.
Our journey continues to the Cathedral of Mother Teresa, a stunning symbol of faith and architecture. From there, we’ll head to the National Library, an architectural marvel and a treasure trove of knowledge.
Next, we’ll explore the lively Square, where history and modern life converge. The tour includes visits to some of Prishtina’s most beautiful mosques, including the serene Xhamia e Çarshisë, the elegant Jashar Pasha Mosque, and the magnificent Great Mosque, each with its own unique story.
Our final destination is the Ethnologic Museum, where we’ll delve into Kosovo’s rich cultural heritage through fascinating exhibits and artifacts. This tour offers a captivating blend of history, culture, and local stories, an experience not to be missed!

We will meet on the right side of the Newborn Monument, in front of the fountain. Please be there 10 minutes early.

Photography: Feel free to take photos at most locations, but please ask for permission before photographing inside religious sites or of local people.
