Hands-on Learning: This is a fully interactive lesson. Everyone participates! You’ll chop, season, and cook under my guidance, learning key techniques like how to use a tagine, balance spices, and prepare traditional sides like zaalouk (eggplant salad) or harira (soup).
Cultural Insights: Along the way, I’ll share insights into Moroccan culinary traditions, the significance of meals in Moroccan culture, and how these dishes are enjoyed during family gatherings and celebrations.
Meal Together: At the end of the lesson, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal we’ve prepared together. It’s the perfect time to relax, savor the flavors, and enjoy great conversation in a warm, welcoming setting.
