Things to note
1. Extra personal photo with Santa Claus is possible by paying extra fee.
2. The duration of this tour is approximately 3-4h including transportation, in peak season it may be longer due to longer queuing time and vice versa.
3. Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
4. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately.
5. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund.

7. Printed booking confirmation and e-tickets both are accepted.
8. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
9. In the summer, the weather may change rapidly. It is good to bring a light coat or a cardigan and an umbrella just in case.
10. In wintertime, warm winter clothes with scarf and hat is recommended as the temperature can be as low as -35 Celsius degrees.
11. It is recommended that you have travel insurance because in the very unlikely event of an accident the health care costs may be high.
