Things to note
1. Confirmation will be received at the time of booking
2. Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
3. Children must be accompanied by an adult
4. Minimum passenger requirement applies. There is a possibility of cancellation or rescheduling if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. In the event of cancellation due to passenger requirements, you will be refunded fully.
5. Departure: any time between 9 am and 3 pm (Departure may adjust according to different seasons)
6. Please make sure your phone is ON during the tour day.
7. Printed booking confirmation and e-tickets both are accepted.
8. We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
9. In wintertime, warm winter clothes with scarf and hat is recommended as the temperature can be as low as -35 Celsius degrees.
10. It is recommended that you have travel insurance because in the very unlikely event of an accident the health care costs may be high.
