Overview of the tour in Salamanca

I invite you to come try some of Spain's most typical and unique wines and, if desired, a lovely food paring (tapa). I will take you to the tapas bars with the broadest selection of wines, explain the winemaking process, describe the profiles of the wines we decide to taste, and suggest the ideal food pairing possible.

I especially like to highlight the autochthonous grapes, such as Rufete, which are only found in the south of Salamanca and north of Extremadura. This is a highly adaptable gastronomic tour for people from all walks of life.

On arrival

We will meet in the Plaza Mayor and then walk (very little) to a nearby tapas bar, depending on the number of participants, time, and special requests.

The ultimate decision on what to purchase depends on the individual. I will offer suggestions and a plethora of information guiding the experience.
