Overview of the tour in Salobrena

With our wonderful free tour you can visit the Moorish castle of Salobrena from the tenth century as well as stroll through the intricate streets of the old town reminiscent of Moorish times from where you will enjoy wonderful landscapes of the Mediterranean and Sierra Nevada.

Learn about the legend of the messenger butterfly, visit the incredible Mirador de Enrique Morente and the wonderful Paseo de las Flores.

On arrival

You can take the city minibus up to the church stop in the old town and from there walk 200 m to the castle gate.

Things to note

Pets are not allowed in the castle.
There are steps on the tour.
The entrance fee to the castle is not included.
In the summer night visit does not include the visit to the castle, as it closes earlier.
