Overview
Visiting San Salvador nowadays is a must, after all of the changes we have had for the last 7 years we can assure you will find a very modern and fast growing city.
We will visit Parque Cuscatlan where we will meet at, the church of ¨Sagrado Corazon¨, we will visit the Hospital area, walk through a university campus, taste the food and drinks of the central market, get to kilometer 0 where we will see the national palace, metropolitan cathedral, public library, Gerardo barrios plaza, Morazan plaza and libertad plaza where we will be able to see the number one attraction in downtown San Salvador, the Rosario church ($2.00 entrance fee per person - optional)
We will have a great tour, we will laugh and best of all we will make new friends.
Important reminders about this tour:
PS: Please bring some sort of skirt if you bring shorts to cover your legs, so you can come into some of the churches if you are a lady.
On Mondays, Cuscatlan Park is closed, so we will meet at the main entrance located at Alameda Franklyn D. Roosevelt next to the bus stop.
On Sundays, Rosario church has mass services, but unfortunately, no tourists are allowed to visit until the next day.
