Explore Triana: La Niña of Seville
Overview of the tour in Seville
First, we will cross the Guadalquivir River to walk along Betis Street, one of the most famous streets in the city. We will see Santa Ana, the oldest church in Seville, and, in the same street, we will visit the chapel of the Marineros, headquarters of the Brotherhood of the Esperanza de Triana.
Next, the Plaza del Altozano, the nerve center of the neighborhood, where we will enter the area of the potters. We will talk about artists who were born here and took Triana by flag, many of them dedicated to flamenco, our great intangible heritage.
At the end, we will be very close to one of the oldest markets in the city (in 2023 celebrated its 200th anniversary) to enjoy its rich gastronomy. All this combination makes Triana a unique place that you cannot miss.
This activity includes:
- Plaza del Altozano
- Real Parroquia de Señora Santa Ana
- Torre del Oro
- Guadalquivir
On arrival
I will be at the door of the Torre del Oro next to the cannons, with a navy blue umbrella.
