- "Pepe Hillo" Bar-Restaurant: Who was Pepe Hillo? What importance did he have in bullfighting? We will visit one of the most famous bars in the area of La Maestranza, where hundreds of bullfighters gather all year round.
- "Las Piletas" Restaurant: Famous restaurant that represents 100% bullfighting, where history is told on the walls, and where bullfights are spoken day after day, as active and retired professionals pass by, making this a clear stomping grounds for the bullfighting culture of Seville.
- Triana Market: Cross the channel of Alfonso XIII, telling the story of the River Guadalquivir and, in Triana, next to the Castle of San Jorge, we will see where the bull meat is historically traded at the Triana market. Where does the meat come from? What controls how you are going to eat it? How is it best prepared?
- Casa Cuesta Restaurant: One of the most traditional taverns in Triana.
