Join me for a guided walk through the charming medieval town of Silves, where history and beauty intertwine. Nestled in a picturesque setting, Silves holds fascinating stories of past civilizations waiting to be uncovered.
Our tour begins by the river, from where we'll ascend to the iconic castle. Along the way, we'll pass by the Roman bridge, the old dock, the market, the town square, and the ancient city walls. We'll step inside the cathedral for a short visit and wander off the beaten path to explore hidden back streets. I'll also share one of my favourite secret spots to enjoy local flavours.
The experience concludes near the castle, leaving you free to explore it on your own, stroll back to the starting point, or relax and enjoy a meal in one of Silves' cosy restaurants.

You will find me at the entrance of the tourist office (posto de Turismo de Silves), which is next to the river (on the Silves side) and also next to a large parking. I will be wearing a blue cap.
