Overview of the tour in Skopje

Experience a journey through history with our scenic hike from Matka Canyon to the Millennium Cross on Vodno Peak, or explore the Pantelejmon Monastery. This beautiful trek offers a day of adventure through centuries of history and untouched nature.

We begin our hike at Matka, following a path to the stunning 14th-century St. Nikola Monastery. The trail then steepens, leading to a breathtaking viewpoint that will leave you in awe. As we continue, we may encounter local cows, free-roaming between May and October, that can guide us to the summit.

At the peak, enjoy spectacular views of Skopje. Choose to spend the next two hours hiking to the Millennium Cross or visit the extraordinary 12th-century St. Pantelejmon Monastery, a hidden gem within the monastery complex.

Distance: 10 kilometers
Elevation Gain: 780 meters
