The Boyana Waterfall is one of the few notorious but interesting places near Sofia. It is located in Vitosha Mountain and is the highest waterfall in the mountain. It is situated in the small river Boyana and is about 25 meters high. On a very clear day, some of the tall buildings of Sofia can see the sun-reflecting waters of the Boyana Falls.
