Overview of the tour in Split
Split occupies an important place in the history of the Roman Empire and the rise of Western civilization. Divided with its surroundings, it is a truly beautiful ancient and medieval city with many places of cultural, historical, and natural interest.
On our city tour, you will see the beautiful and valuable UNESCO World Heritage Site of Diocletian's Palace in all its parts, including Diocletian's cellars as the first hall, Vestibul-lobby, the imperial apartment, four entrances to the palace, the walls of the palace on the outside, Jupiter temple and finally the most valuable and spectacular central square of the palace-Peristyle.
The tour also includes a tour of the medieval part of the city. You can also see the part of the Venetian bastions and towers outside the palace representing the UNESCO borders and the interventions of Napoleon's brief rule in Split. We will also take a walk along the modern promenade, RIVA, where you can enjoy coffee with the aromas of the Mediterranean and the hospitality of our caterers.
Our tour will end in a beautiful square - PROCURATIVA modeled on the Venetian San Marco square. Many other surprises follow during the tour.

On arrival
The meeting place is in front of the entrance to Diocletian's cellars, on the south side of the palace, next to the bronze model of the city of Split at the beginning of the Riva promenade.
Things to note
Bring a bottle of water and shoes suitable for walking around the city. Near the meeting place, there is also a city toilet where you can take care of yourself before the tour. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, bring an umbrella or a raincoat, and in case of good weather, especially in summer in the heart of the season, bring a head covering.
