Cooking Class Tbilisi in a Local Family
Overview of the tour in Tbilisi
In just 2.5 hours, you can enjoy tasty dishes like Khinkali, Khachapuri, Eggplant with Walnuts, Lobio, Georgian Salad, and Cornbread.
Take part in a cooking class to learn how to make these dishes in a local family, and also get a taste of homemade Georgian wine and Chacha.
Dough for Khinkali and Khachapuri is made in advance. We will make it before you come because Khinkali dough takes 2 hours and Khachapuri dough takes 1 hour.
Slices of eggplant are fried in advance because they need to be cold until walnuts with the spices are added to them.
Because it takes a lot of time, we make it in advance, and after you come, we do the second part of the food making, which is more entertaining and doesn't require much time and energy.
So it's fun. After making all the food, we have lunch or dinner together, a "Supra" feast in Georgian.
Cooking Class Tbilisi – it’s a delightful experience that makes you want to dance Cha Cha Cha.
