Nakameguro is home to some of Tokyo’s most delicious and authentic izakayas, many of which require reservations in Japanese and have a handwritten menu. We take care of everything, from booking the best local spots to ordering must-try dishes so you can enjoy an immersive experience!
What to Expect:
1.- Scenic Walk & History (20 min)
Stroll along the stunning Meguro River, lined with breathtaking cherry blossoms, while your local guide shares fascinating stories about Nakameguro’s history and Japan’s unique culture.
2.- Izakaya Experience (60 min)
Step into a cozy local izakaya, where you’ll savor 3 Japanese dishes paired with 3 drinks.
3.- Sake Tasting Experience (10~15 min)
Visit a specialty sake shop, where you’ll get to sample a variety of handcrafted sake.
4.- Izakaya Experience (70 min)
Enjoy another authentic izakaya, where you’ll enjoy 3 more delicious Japanese dishes and 4 drinks!

On arrival
The guide will be waiting outside the East Exit 1 of Nakameguro Station, holding a panel that says 'Tokyo - Seize The Local.'
Things to note
・Food & Dietary Restrictions:
We will be eating a variety of Japanese dishes, including fresh sashimi, meat-based dishes, classic fried izakaya favorites, and traditional vegetable-based specialties!
If you have any dietary restrictions or foods you cannot eat, please inform us 48 hours before the tour (2 days prior by JST)
