Note:

1. Duration: The tour takes approximately 2 hours, and depending on certain conditions (crowds, weather conditions), this may last up to 2.5 hours.

2. Age: Some of the tour spots may not be children/teenagers friendly. We do not accept participation by/with underaged guests in our Shinjuku tour. This is our internal policy for the Shinjuku tour, and the underaged is considered to be below 18.

3. No Show / Last Minute Cancellation or Booking Modification: We may not be able to accept a booking request from a person with such a booking history with us in the future.

On arrival

The tour group will meet at Tochomae Station.
Please take the A4 exit, and in front of it, you'll find a bus station.

Our tour starts on time, unlike other tour operators. Punctuality is critical so please plan your journey to the meeting point accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
