Overview of the tour in Toledo

Enjoy with our official local guides an authentic journey through time discovering the cultural and artistic legacy of the different cultures that inhabited the cosmopolitan city that Toledo once was, and how this coexistence took place over the centuries.

In our tour we will visit the most iconic monuments related to these three religions that coexisted daily in the city. We will start in the Zocodover square, then we will go to the Alcazar, we will continue with an old noble courtyard, the Tornerías mosque, the Rojas Theater, we will show you where the expression "a buenas horas mangas verdes" comes from in what was the Holy Brotherhood of Toledo.

We will be delighted with the Primate Cathedral of Santa Maria, and then we will walk through the Jewish quarter, the street of Santo Tome (with attractive smells and flavors), the Synagogue of El Transito, we will visit a spectacular viewpoint from which to observe the Tagus River surrounding the city and the famous cigarrales, and we will say goodbye in the museum of El Greco, where you can learn about the extraordinary personality of this illustrious painter, and of course we will pass through beautiful streets and corners.

This activity includes:

  • Alcázar de Toledo
  • Museo del Greco
  • Santa Iglesia Catedral Primada de Toledo
  • Mezquita de Las Tornerías
  • Sinagoga del Tránsito
  • Iglesia del Salvador
  • Toledo TrainVision
