Full Day Adventure in Valparaiso Bay
Overview of the tour in Valparaiso
Is your time way too short to see everything Valparaíso has to offer? Not at all with me!
Embark on a comprehensive tour of the Valparaíso Bay Area, where history, culture, nature, and colors collide. We’ll start at Puerto and Plaza Sotomayor, explore the iconic Ascensor El Peral, and enjoy panoramic views from Paseo Yugoslavo. Discover vibrant street art like the “We are not hippies. We are happy” mural, stroll through Paseo Dimalow with its lively restaurants, and visit the Escalera de Piano and Iglesia Luterana. We’ll also explore Paseo Atkinson for breathtaking views, Paseo Gervasoni for romance, and Pasaje Gálvez for street art and souvenirs.
After hopping on the train with ocean views, we’ll head to Viña del Mar to see the Reloj de Flores and Cerro Castillo, home of the Summer Presidential Palace. On our way to Concón, we’ll take the high-speed micros (buses) for the exhilarating "death ride" to reach the Sand Dunes, where we’ll observe the striking contrast with nearby towers.
Prepare your trainers/sneakers, as we will need them for a full day of walking up and down the hill experience (a.k.a. career, as we locals say).

On arrival
I will be standing right in the middle of the two white towers of Aduanas, right behind the Monumento a los Héroes de Iquique statue. I'll wear a rose-pink hat and will have a dark green backpack.
Things to note
You must have enough extra cash for lunch and the train/bus rides (app. 15-20 USD per person). Let me know if you're on a tight budget. We can definitely make it cheaper. :)
