Sarnath, situated approximately thirteen kilometers from Varanasi, holds significant historical importance as the site where Buddha delivered his inaugural sermon post-enlightenment. The journey begins with your pick-up from your Varanasi city hotel/residence.

Upon reaching Sarnath, you have the option to explore suggested sites or add some of your preferences:

-Dhamek Stupa: A monumental structure where Buddha imparted his first sermon to five Brahmin disciples after enlightenment.

-Chaukhandi Stupa: Erected between the 4th and 6th centuries, marking the meeting point of Lord Buddha and his initial disciples on their journey from Bodh Gaya to Sarnath.

-Sarnath Museum: Home to artifacts dating back to the 3rd century BCE, unearthed during Sarnath's excavation.

-Golden Temple: A tranquil Buddhist temple complex showcasing a creatively adorned shrine interior and art.

-Deer Park: The historic location where Buddha initially taught Dharma.
