Overview of the tour in Vienna
From the opera to the university – attend me on my walk along the most beautiful part of the Viennese Ring Road (Wiener Ringstraße). As I am going to be a teacher of history, believe me, I am the right person to guide you!
The magnificent boulevard of the Wiener Ringstraße surrounds the old center of Vienna. It was built in the 19th century after demolishing the old fortifications. With its amazing monuments the “Ring” gave Vienna the vibe of a metropolitan city. Together we will walk along the Ring and you will hear interesting facts about the history of the street and the buildings of the boulevard.
My guided tour puts its focus on the ring road so we won’t go further into the city center.
Entering buildings during the tour is not possible.
