Things to note
LATE ARRIVAL
Please note that every guide does a 15-minute introduction at the starting point, so if you are going to be a few minutes late, just head to Castle Square and look for a group with a guide holding an orange umbrella. If you are going to 20–40 minutes late, head to the Cathedral of Saint John and try to find the group in front of the church. Please don't message/call us as the guide will be busy guiding and won't be able to respond.
CASH AND CARD PAYMENTS
Our guides accept payments in cash (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP) and most of us can also process card payments.
BAD WEATHER
We never cancel tours due to bad weather. In case of rain or intense sunlight an umbrella might be useful (you can buy a cheap one in the Rossmann store in the Old Town in St. Senatorska 2).
