Our Guides
On arrival
Look for a guide holding an orange umbrella with a British flag on top by Sigismund's Column in Castle Square.
Things to note
LATE ARRIVAL
Please note that every guide does a 15-minute introduction at the starting point, so if you are a few minutes late, just head to Castle Square and look for a group with a guide holding an orange umbrella. If you are 20-40 minutes late, head to the Statue of Adam Mickiewicz and wait for the group in front of the monument. Please don't message/call us as the guide will be busy guiding and won't be able to respond.
CASH AND CARD PAYMENTS
Our guides accept tips in cash (PLN, EUR, USD, GBP) and most of us can also process card transfers.
BAD WEATHER
We never cancel tours due to bad weather. In case of rain or intense sunlight, an umbrella might be useful (you can buy a cheap one in the Rossmann store in the Old Town in St. Senatorska 2).
VIRTUAL TOUR
As your Warsaw trip is approaching, find "Orange Umbrella Free Tour Warsaw" on Facebook for an amazing virtual tour of Warsaw: every day we post photographs showing how Warsaw looked in the past and how it looks today with English descriptions.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
